• Experience Required: 3–5 years PQE
Eligibility & Skills:
Candidates should have:
• 3–5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Relevant experience in real estate and commercial disputes.
• Strong legal drafting skills.
• Excellent legal research abilities.
• Strong advocacy and court representation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Key Areas of Work:
• Real estate disputes and litigation.
• Commercial disputes.
• Legal research and case analysis.
• Drafting pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
• Advocacy and representation before relevant courts and forums.
• Working collaboratively with the litigation team on complex matters.
