    1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned Additional Government Advocate and perused the record.

    2. By means of this application preferred under Section 482 Cr.P.C. the applicant has prayed for quashing the charge sheet dated 21.10.2021 in Case Crime No. 0029 of 2021, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, Police Station Bhinga, District Shrawasti and the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.3886 of 2021 (State Vs. Ram Chandar and Others), pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Shrawasti.

    3. After arguing at length, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to press this application on merits. He further submits that the applicant will surrender and apply for bail before the Court below within three weeks from today. However, he has sought liberty to move the discharge application at appropriate stage before the Court below. 4. Keeping in view the aforesaid, the application is disposed of with liberty to the applicant to move the discharge application at appropriate stage which will be heard and decided by the Court below in accordance with law.
