1. This application is preferred by the Plaintiffs under Order XXXIX
Rules 1 and 2 CPC seeking ad interim injunction restraining Defendants and
all others acting on their behalf from using the impugned trademarks HAVAI,
, and/or any other mark deceptively
similar to Plaintiffs’ trademarks HAVELLS/ and
and/or their derivative forms. Before proceeding further, be it
noted that originally Plaintiffs had impleaded three Defendants, wherein
Defendant No.3 was Bureau of Indian Standards. However, vide order dated
24.12.2025, Defendant No.3 was deleted from the array of parties.
