Present second petition has been filed under Section 483 of the
Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) for grant of
SPONSORED
regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No. 318 dated 29.11.2024,
registered under Section 15(b) of the NDPS Act, 1985 and later on challan
was presented under Sections 15(c), 27(a) and 29 of NDPS Act, 1985, at
Police Station Ding, District Sirsa.
2. The gravamen of the FIR in question pertains to the alleged
recovery of 79 kg 885 grams of Doda Chura Post.
