2. The appellant seeks bail in connection with
FIR No. 280/2019 registered at Police Station
Sadar Tarn Taran, District Tara Taran, Punjab, for
the offences punishable under Sections 153A and
120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, Sections 13,
18, 20 and 23 of the Unlawful Activities
(Prevention) Act, 1967, and Sections 3, 4 and 5 of
the Explosive Substances Act, 1908.
3. We have heard the learned counsel appearing
for the appellant as well as the learned
Additional Solicitor General (ASG) appearing for
the respondent.
