    2. Learned Government Pleader submitted written instructions

    dated 04.02.2026 furnished by 3rd respondent, wherein it is stated

    that the petitioner who filed the present Writ Petition is died on

    28.07.2025. Therefore, the proceedings filed by the petitioner

    have abated. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

    petitioner has not approached him after filing of the writ petition.

    3. In view of the death of the petitioner and since the relief

    claimed by the petitioner is personam in nature, there is no

    question of impleadment of legal heirs of the petitioner and no

    further orders are necessary to be passed in this Writ Petition and

    no need for further adjudication.
