    1. By way of filing the instant petition, a prayer has been made

    for conducting fair and impartial investigation of FIR No. 142/2024

    registered with the Police Station Sadar District Gangapur City for

    the offences under Sections 420, 419, 406, 384, 323, 327, 120-B

    and 504 IPC.

    2. At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor, on the basis of the

    factual report received from the Station House Officer, Police

    Station Sadar, District Gangapur City submits that after

    investigation, the Police has submitted the Final Report (Negative)

    before the concerned Court. Counsel submits that under the

    changed circumstances, no cause of action survives with the

    petitioner to continue with this petition and the same has become

    dismissed.

    4. Factual report furnished by the Station House Officer, Police

    Station Sadar, District Gangapur City is ordered to be retained on

    the record.
