1. Appeal is directed against the judgment and decree dated April 29, 2025
passed in IA No.GA/2/2021 and GA/3/2021 in CS-COM/312/2024.
2. By the impugned judgment and decree learned Single Judge dismissed the
suit filed by the appellant on the ground of the appellant did not

The learned Single Judge recalled the order dated September 16, 2021
granting leave under Section 12A of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015.
