By this petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India,

petitioner herein is seeking quashment of order dated 12.11.2025 passed by
learned Munsiff, Kishtwar, by virtue of which, the application filed by the
respondents 1 to 4 under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for
setting aside the proceedings initiated under Section 10 of CPC alongwith all
miscellaneous applications have been restored to its original.
