1. In these appeals filed under Section 374(2) read with
Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973(the CrPC),
accused nos. 1 and 2 (A1 and A2) in Sessions Case No. 13/2018
on the file of the Additional Sessions Judge-Special Fast Track
Court, South District, South District, Saket Courts, New Delhi
assail the judgment dated 10.12.2020. By the said judgment, A1
and A2 have been convicted and sentenced for the offences
punishable under Sections365, 376D, 323, 506, 392 read with
Section 34of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (the IPC).
