The Institute of Excellence in Research and Law (IERL), founded by Subhranil Bhowmik (Alumni of KIIT Law School), is committed to building a free, structured, and constitutionally rooted educational ecosystem.
Through academic initiatives, free programmes, and national-level learning movements, IERL aims to redefine education as a public good rather than a commercial commodity.
About the Initiative
Mission Nehru 2031 is designed as a completely free long-term academic reform movement, not a commercial coaching programme.
It aims to structurally re-engineer how UPSC preparation is accessed in India by shifting from a fragmented, expensive, and market-driven model to a curated, publicly accessible, and systematised learning framework.
The initiative is grounded in the belief that the civil services examination should not become a privilege of those who can afford coaching, but remain accessible to every capable and committed aspirant.
It addresses four systemic problems:
- Excessive dependency on paid coaching institutes
- Lack of structured and syllabus-aligned learning pathways
- Information overload from unfiltered online content
- Absence of continuous academic mentorship for aspirants
How the Programme Works?
The model operates through a five-layer academic architecture, ensuring complete transparency and consistency.
