01. Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, after arguing for
some time, seeks some time to place on record the relevant documents, so
as to substantiate the fact that the Petitioner has been engaged before the
year 1994.
02. One week’s time, as prayed for, is granted to the learned
Counsel for the Petitioner do the needful, as aforesaid, by laying a proper
