Sagar has spent over two decades navigating complex, multi-jurisdictional matters, advising and representing clients across jurisdictions. He has advised governments, multinational corporations, and high-net-worth individuals across a range of contentious and non-contentious mandates, with particular focus on cross-border disputes, trade remedies, sanctions and regulatory enforcement.
He has also worked with leading international firms including Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and PricewaterhouseCoopers (Frankfurt). He is a Permanent Member of the Bombay Bar Association.
Avimukt Dar and Suneeth Katarki (Founding & Senior Partners) said in a joint statement: “Faraz brings rare experience at the intersection of disputes, investigations, sanctions and regulatory risk. His addition will further strengthen our ability to advise clients on complex international arbitration and litigation.”
“I am deeply grateful for my time at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. As I embark on this new journey at CMS INDUSLAW, I look forward to expanding the Firm’s international practice across the region and bringing world-class expertise to clients navigating complex cross-border matters,” said Sagar.
