2. Since, today by a separate order, we have condoned the
delay of 8 days caused in filing the aforesaid appeal, with the
consent of the parties, the aforesaid appeal is taken up for
hearing.

3. By this appeal, the appellants have impugned the order
dated 8th June, 2026, by which the learned Single Judge
dismissed the application preferred by the appellants seeking
vacation of the interim order granted by him. The premise on
which the application seeking vacation of stay was dismissed,
was, that the main writ petition i.e. WP (C) No.103 of 2026 had
been admitted and was fixed for hearing.
4. We are informed by the learned counsel for the respondents
that the aforesaid writ petition is fixed for hearing on 31st July,
2026.
5. In view of the aforesaid, we find no reason to interfere with
the order dated 8th June, 2026. Accordingly, the appeal stands
dismissed.
