          Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the
    circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be
    pleased topleased to issue an appropriate order or direction more particularly,
    one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the

    The above Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of respondent No.4
    in issuing show cause notice vide ROC No.K1/685/2025 dated 10.09.2025

    calling upon the petitioner to remit an amount of Rs.7,29,378/- and personal
    appearance notice, dated 13.10.2025, calling the petitioner to submit
    explanation with regard to the recommendations of the Special QC Team, as
    illegal and arbitrary.

    2. The petitioner, earlier filed W.P.No.1215 of 2025, to declare the action
    of the respondents therein, in not releasing an amount of Rs.31,97,712/-
    relating to the work executed by the petitioner under work
    I.D.No.091324008030170246, as illegal and arbitrary.

    3. W.P.No.1215 of 2025 was disposed of on 17.02.2026, given the
    instructions of the Project Director, DWMA, Tirupati, directing the respondents
    to release an amount of Rs.19,86,075/- payable to the petitioner regarding
    the works mentioned therein, within three (03) months from the date of receipt
    of the copy of the said order.

    4. Since the issue in both the writ petitions relates to the payment of bills,
    and this Court has directed the authorities to release an amount of
    Rs.19,86,075/- payable to the petitioner, in W.P.No.1215 of 2025, no further
    orders are required in this writ petition,

    5. Hence, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

    As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
