Since both the bail petitions arise out of Laukaha P.S.
Case No. 84 of 2023, as such, they have been taken up together
and are being disposed of by this common order.
2. Heard learned counsels for the petitioners, learned
A.P.Ps. for the State and learned senior counsel for the
informant.
3. In the present case, the petitioners seek bail in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30420 of 2026(4) dt.06-08-2026
connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No. 84 of 2023, registered
for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324,
307, 302, 120(B), 504 of IPC and Section 27 of Arms Act.
