    interconnected, the parties are the same, and the legal issues arising

    disposed of by this common order.

    2. These petitions are filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya

    Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short, “the BNSS”), seeking

    quashment of the proceedings in C.C. N.I. No.103, 119 and 123 of

    2023 respectively pending on the file of XX Additional Chief

    Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad.

    3. Heard Mr. Himangini Sanghi, learned counsel for the petitioner,

    and Mr. M. Vivekananda Reddy, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor

    appearing for respondent-State.
