1. The Petitioner seeks an interim stay of the Look Out Circular (LOC)
issued against him, primarily to facilitate his travel to India between
05.06.2026 to 25.06.2026.
2. Merely on registration of an FIR no.0033/2022 at the behest of one
individual Babu Lal, under Section 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code,
LOC has been opened.
3. The Bombay High Court, in Criminal Writ Petition No. 6286 of 2024,
had stayed the LOC on 28.11.2025 to enable the Petitioner to join the
investigation. The Petitioner, travelled to India on 20.12.2025, joined the
investigation, and had his statement recorded. He, thereafter, returned to his
residence in Vienna, Austria, on 23.12.2025.
