This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of
India has been filed by the petitioner challenging the legality and
validity of the impugned order dated 01.02.2021 (Annexure P/15)
issued by Respondent No.2.
2. By the said impugned order, the petitioner, who is
substantively holding the post of Junior Instructor in the
Department of Applied Chemistry at Shri Govindram Seksaria
Institute of Technology and Sciences (SGSITS), Indore, has been
directed to be superannuated upon attaining the age of 62 years with
effect from 31.07.2021.
