This strategic partnership reflects a shared commitment to fostering innovation, research, and holistic learning in the field of law.
The MoU is designed to facilitate student and faculty exchange programmes, encourage collaborative research and publications, and establish joint academic and training initiatives. The collaboration is expected to create a dynamic academic environment that integrates theoretical knowledge with practical exposure.

Established in 2018 under the Madhya Pradesh Dharmashastra National Law University Act, 2018, Dharmashastra National Law University (DNLU), Jabalpur has quickly emerged as a premier institution dedicated to advancing legal education and upholding constitutional values. Legacy and Vision of Vivekananda University of Professional Studies
Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies – Technical Campus (VIPS-TC), established in 2000, stands as a distinguished institution inspired by the ideals of Swami Vivekananda, focusing on “Man Making, Character Building, Nation Building.” Its origins trace back to 1997, when Dr. S.C. Vats met Swami Jitatmananda Ji at Advait Ashram in Mayawati, an encounter that laid the foundation for an institution rooted in spiritual and academic excellence.
In 1998, Dr. S.C. Vats established the Society for Total Revival and National Glory and True Heritage (STRENGTH), a charitable organisation dedicated to promoting selfless service and intellectual growth. Demonstrating remarkable personal commitment, he sold his ancestral home to fund the initiative.
Over the years, VIPS-TC has evolved into a centre for ethical learning and professional excellence, shaping students into competent professionals and responsible citizens. The institution operates under the guidance of Dr. S.C. Vats as Chairman, with Mr. Krishan Aggarwal, Mr. Suneet Vats, Mr. Ajay Bindal, and Mr. Vineet Vats as Vice Chairmen. The academic leadership includes Prof. Anuradha Jain as Principal and Dr. Sunil Gupta as Director.
MoU Signing Ceremony at VIPS, New Delhi
The MoU was formally signed on April 27, 2026, during a ceremony held at VIPS, New Delhi. The agreement was executed by Prof. (Dr.) Manoj Kumar Sinha, Vice-Chancellor of DNLU, and Prof. Rashmi Salpekar, Dean. The event witnessed the presence of several faculty members from VIPS, highlighting the importance of this collaboration.
