    2. The factual matrix of the case are as follows:-

    The accused had requested for a short term
    handloan of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten lakhs only)
    for her business development. Believing the accused’s
    words, the complainant agreed to lend a sum of
    Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten lakhs only) in three
    installments by way of RTGS and the details are as
    under:-

    1. A sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five lakhs
    only) was paid on 27.04.2021 through
    RTGS from Nyayamitra Sahakari Bank
    Niyamitha, HO branch, Bangalore.
