This appeal under Section 100 CPC has been filed by the appellants
challenging the judgment and decree dated 02.12.2003 passed by the District
Judge, Datia in Civil Appeal No.18-A/2002.
2 . This appeal has been filed on 18.06.2007. Since there is delay of
1202 days in filing this appeal, therefore, I.A. No.9552/2007 has been filed
seeking condonation of delay. Subsequently, the appellants have filed
another I.A. No.832/2026 seeking condonation of delay.
3. Reply to these applications have been filed by the respondent.
