1. The hearing has been conducted through video conferencing.
2. Issue notice. Ms. Urvi Mohan, counsel appearing for the Petitioner,
accepts notice. She seeks and is granted six weeks’ time to file a reply with
an advance copy to counsel for the Applicant. Rejoinder if any, be filed
before the next date of hearing

4. Mr. Malik, counsel appearing for the legal representatives of Gukul,
submits that certain subsequent developments have taken place concerning
the transfer of the property in question. He seeks leave to place the same on
record by way of an appropriate application.
5. Ms. Urvi Mohan, counsel appearing for the Petitioner, points out that,

by order dated 24th September, 2014, this Court had stayed the operation of
the impugned order dated 27th November, 2013. She accordingly contends
that any transfer effected thereafter would not confer any enforceable right
upon a subsequent purchaser.
6. The aforesaid contentions are left open. The legal effect of any
transfer stated to have been effected during the pendency of the present
proceedings shall be examined at the stage of final hearing, upon the
relevant material being placed on record.
7. Counsel for the parties shall file brief written submissions, not
exceeding three pages, together with copies of the judgments relied upon, at
least one week before the next date of hearing. Advance copies shall be
exchanged between counsel.
