2. The High Court of Orissa at Cuttack, by the
impugned judgments and orders dated 18th
August, 2025, has rejected the appellants’
prayer for grant of bail.
3. Appellants – Savaliya and Sabhaya – were
arrested on 22nd March, 2025 and 21st March,
2025, respectively, in connection with FIR
No.0038 of 2024 dated 09th July, 2024 registered
at Police Station Cyber Crime, District CID,
Odisha under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468,
471, 120-B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code,
1860 and Sections 66(C) and 66(D) of the
Information Technology Act, 2000.
