1. This application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha
Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS), seeks regular bail in FIR No. 302/2018, registered at
PS: Paharganj, Delhi, for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the
Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC).
2. The petitioner has already approached this Court once before; that
application was withdrawn on 05.09.2024, without reasons being recorded
beyond the grant of leave to withdraw. He also moved the learned Trial
Court, which dismissed his application for regular bail by order dated
09.05.2025.
