1. By way of filing the present criminal revision petition, the
petitioner has sought quashing and setting aside of the order
dated 15.05.2026 passed by the learned Additional Sessions
Judge, Gulabpura, District Bhilwara in Sessions Case No.28/2022
(arising out of FIR No.40/2013, Police Station Gulabpura, District
Bhilwara), whereby charges have been framed against the
petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 144,
145, 147, 148, 151/149, 152/149, 153/149, 153A/149, 341/149,
332/149, 353/149, 188/149, 307/149, 325/149, 427/149,
435/149 and 436/149 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 3 of the
Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, Section 174 of the
Railways Act and Section 4/25 of the Arms Act.
