Ethics Team: Training & communications, ethics case management, monitoring, and compliances activities, etc.

Your Work Profile

Leading Ethics Case Inquiries

• Develop inquiry approach and methodology.
• Conduct investigations and prepare detailed reports.
• Implement recommended actions and ensure timely follow-up.
• Manage stakeholder communication throughout the process.

Program Governance & Reporting

• Prepare presentations for governing bodies on program status and outcomes.
• Develop Dashboards for regular updates and reporting to ethics leaderships.

Training & Awareness

• Design and develop training content tailored for different organizational levels.
• Deliver training sessions across geographies under India.
• Monitor effectiveness and ensure compliance.

Program Monitoring & Compliance

• Oversee implementation and adherence to ethics and compliance programs
• Track progress and address gaps proactively

POSH Portfolio Management

• Maintain and update POSH policies
• Develop and conduct POSH training programs
• Ensure compliance with POSH requirements
• Support Internal Committee (IC) during inquiries and case handling

Key Skills Required

• Master’s degree in human resources / personnel management / MBA / CA / CS / LLB
• Experience in conducting ethics inquiries
• Excellent drafting and communication skill
• Ability to network, manage ambiguity and appreciate different viewpoints
• Passion to build relationships and collaborate
• Matured and emphatic
