Your Work Profile
Leading Ethics Case Inquiries
- Develop inquiry approach and methodology.
- Conduct investigations and prepare detailed reports.
- Implement recommended actions and ensure timely follow-up.
- Manage stakeholder communication throughout the process.
Program Governance & Reporting
- Prepare presentations for governing bodies on program status and outcomes.
- Develop Dashboards for regular updates and reporting to ethics leaderships.
Training & Awareness
- Design and develop training content tailored for different organizational levels.
- Deliver training sessions across geographies under India.
- Monitor effectiveness and ensure compliance
Program Monitoring & Compliance
- Oversee implementation and adherence to ethics and compliance programs.
- Track progress and address gaps proactively.
POSH Portfolio Management
- Maintain and update POSH policies.
- Develop and conduct POSH training programs.
- Ensure compliance with POSH requirements.
- Support Internal Committee (IC) during inquiries and case handling.
Key Skills Required
- Master’s degree in human resources / personnel management / MBA / CA / CS / LLB
- Experience in conducting ethics inquiries
- Excellent drafting and communication skill
- Ability to network, manage ambiguity and appreciate different viewpoints
- Passion to build relationships and collaborate
- Matured and emphatic
