On 26.03.2026, the following order was passed:-
“1. Heard Sri Saurabh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent nos.1 to 3 and Sri Rameshwar Prasad Shukla for the respondent no.4.
2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioners that Plot No.205 is recorded in the revenue records as Nali (drain) and Plot No.206 as Chak-marg. The Gram Pradhan under the development scheme being carried out in the village is constructing RCC Road over the Chak-marg and in the said process, the Chak-nali over Plot No.205 has also been included in the RCC Road. In the absence of public drain, the water coming out from the houses would flow on the road causing inconvenience to the villagers.
