The present Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the
Constitution of India for the following relief:
“…..to issue any writ, order or direction more particularly
one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the
action of the respondents in not regularizing the services of
petitioner from date of completion of 5 years of service as
arbitrary, illegal, violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the
Constitution of India and consequently to direct the
respondents to regularize the services of petitioner with
effect from the date of completion of 5 years of service with
all consequential benefits, arrears of salary with interest @
12% per annum grant costs of the proceedings and pass
such other orders or orders…….”
