2. Heard Mr. Ravindra Bana, the learned counsel appearing for
the petitioner.
3. The petitioner has been put to trial for the offence
punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 394 and 365 of
the Indian Penal Code, 1860 respectively (for short, “IPC”) and
Sections 3 and 25 of the Arms Act respectively.
4. We take notice of the fact that the petitioner is in
custody since 17th August, 2020.
