About the Organiser
The Centre of Excellence on Cyber Law and Artificial Intelligence Governance and Ethics, established at the National University of Study and Research in Law (NUSRL), Ranchi, is dedicated to promoting academic research, policy engagement, and informed discourse in the fields of cyber jurisprudence and technology ethics. The Centre undertakes interdisciplinary initiatives on data protection, algorithmic accountability, digital rights, cybersecurity, and the ethical deployment of emerging technologies.
About the Blog
The Blog of the Centre of Excellence on Cyber Law and Artificial Intelligence Governance and Ethics serves as a platform for academic discourse, policy engagement, and critical analysis of contemporary issues relating to technology law. It encourages research-driven and analytical contributions on the legal, social, economic, and regulatory dimensions of cyberspace and AI governance.
The Blog particularly welcomes submissions on emerging issues such as generative AI, deepfakes, algorithmic bias, cybersecurity, digital rights, and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA).
About the Call for Submissions
The Blog invites original and unpublished submissions from students, researchers, academicians, legal practitioners, policymakers, technology professionals, and others interested in cyber law, AI governance, and allied disciplines.
Special Opportunity
All authors who successfully submit a manuscript will be eligible to enroll in a free Google-supported certificate course on cyber law. Details regarding enrollment will be shared after submission.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be original and unpublished.
- Manuscripts must not be under consideration elsewhere.
- Proper acknowledgement of all sources is mandatory.
- Plagiarism or unethical academic conduct, including undisclosed AI-generated writing, will lead to rejection.

- File Format: Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx)
- Font: Times New Roman
- Font Size: 12
- Line Spacing: 1.5
- Alignment: Justified
- Margins: 1 inch on all sides
Citation Style
- Hyperlinks should be used wherever possible.
- Where citations are necessary, authors should follow the latest edition of OSCOLA Citation Style.
- Excessive footnoting should be avoided.
Submission Procedure
- Authors are required to submit their manuscripts via email at [Insert Centre Email ID].
- The subject line of the email should be formatted as “Submission for Blog – [Title of Manuscript].”
- In the body of the email, authors must include a brief author biography, a valid contact number, and the name of their affiliated college, university, or organization.
