and Section 8 of the Prevention of
Corruption Act, 1988.

Government Advocate for the
respondent.

arguments.

submitted that the further proceedings of

are stayed qua the co-accused Jagmohan
Singh Kafola.

further proceedings of the said Special
Sessions Trial No.34 of 2023 are stayed
qua the applicants Sanjeev Kumar Arora
and Shalabh Rai.
