Muthoot Homefin (India) Limited is inviting applications for the position of Corporate Legal Manager at its Bhilwara, Rajasthan office. The role is ideal for legal professionals with experience in litigation relating to Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) portfolios.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must have:

• A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.
• Experience in handling litigation relating to Home Loan or Loan Against Property (LAP) portfolios.

Roles and Responsibilities

The selected candidate will:

• Initiate proceedings under the SARFAESI Act.
• Issue notices under Sections 13(2) and 13(4) of the SARFAESI Act.
• File applications under Section 14 for obtaining physical possession of secured assets.
• Handle legal recovery matters, including proceedings for recovery of shortfall amounts.



• Manage cases under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act against defaulters.
• Handle civil and criminal litigation.
• Coordinate with and assist panel advocates during court proceedings.
• Draft legal notices, pleadings, and other legal documents.

Salary

CTC will be offered based on interview performance and experience.
