    About the Job

    Revolut is hiring a Junior Complaints Legal Counsel to support its legal team.

    The role involves managing out-of-court disputes, handling consumer protection complaints, coordinating with external counsel, and providing legal advice on dispute-related matters arising from the company’s operations.

    Eligibility

    Applicants should have:

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Law.
    • Current membership with one of the Greek Bar Associations.
    • Experience in a law firm or as an in-house legal counsel, preferably with a bank or other financial institution.
    • Exposure to dispute resolution, litigation, or financial regulatory law.
    • Experience coordinating and liaising with external law firms.
    • Fluency in English and Greek.
    • Ability to draft formal legal responses and communicate complex legal issues clearly in both languages.
    • A proactive approach and the ability to work with external counsel and internal stakeholders.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the end-to-end resolution of out-of-court disputes and consumer protection complaints before the competent Greek authorities.
    • Handle dispute-related matters, including reviewing and preparing formal responses to claims.
    • Coordinate with external law firms in Greece on active litigation matters.
    • Provide legal advice and resolve escalated dispute-related matters concerning branch activities.
    • Assist in preparing legal documentation and improving internal dispute-handling processes.

    Additional Information

    Preferred qualifications include:

    • Experience with alternative dispute resolution (ADR), particularly within the financial services sector.
    • Familiarity with Greek Consumer Protection Law, the Greek implementation of PSD2, and Bank of Greece regulations.
    • An interest in the fintech industry.
