Heard counsel for the parties on admission.
2. By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for
following reliefs:-
7.1 Issue a writ of certiorari, quashing the Court of
Inquiry and all actions arising therefrom, including the
impugned movement/attachment order issed pursuant to
ADG DV-2, Integrated HQ of MoD letter No.
C/06300/CC/738/25(17)/AG-DV-2 dated 07 November
2025, as well as the tentative charge sheet dated 30
December 2025, as being illegal, arbitrary and vitiated
by violation of Army Rule 180 and the principles of
natural justice.
