CMS INDUSLAW has announced the addition of Rajeev Rambhatla to its disputes resolution practice in Hyderabad along with the team. Prior to joining CMS INDUSLAW, he was partner at Luthra and Luthra India Law Offices, Hyderabad.
Rambhatla brings more than a decade of experience advising domestic and international clients on a broad range of commercial disputes, arbitration, insolvency-related proceedings and complex litigation matters.
His practice spans representation before various High Courts, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) and arbitral tribunals, as well as advising clients on dispute strategy, risk management and contentious regulatory matters.
