CRM(M) 413/2021:
The petitioner has thrown challenge to FIR 77/2017 dated 1st
August, 2017 for offences under Section 409, 411 and 120-B IPC
registered at Police Station, Awantipora, however, during pendency of
this petition, culmination of investigation has resulted in filing of challan
before the competent court of law.
The petitioner has already thrown challenge to the challan,
which is subject matter of CRM(M) 339/2025.
In this view of the matter, the instant petition has outlived its
utility as the investigation in the FIR has culminated into filing of challan
before the competent court of law, which is subject matter of challenge in
CRM(M) 339/2025. Therefore, this petition having been rendered
infructuous, the same is accordingly dismissed.
