1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for
the State.
3. The Petitioner, apprehending his arrest in connection with Plant
Site P.S. Case No.0221 of 2018, corresponding to G.R. Case
No.1208 of 2018, pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M.,
Panposh, Rourkela for the alleged commission of offences
punishable under Sections 419/419/468/471/120(B) of the IPC has
filed this petition under Section 482 of the BNSS for release on
pre-arrest bail.
