1. The present appeal has been filed under Section 14-A (2) of the
Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act,
1989.
2. Heard learned counsel for the appellant, learned counsel for the State
and learned counsel for the victim.
3. The present appeal has been filed against the impugned order dated
13.03.2026 rejecting the prayer of regular bail of the appellant in M.C.A.
Case No.430 of 2026 in (SC/ST Case No.31 of 2025) passed by the learned
Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-Special Judge SC/ST Act Cases,
Hazaribagh in connection with SC/ST P.S. Case No.02 of 2023, registered
for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 323, 341, 448, 504, 506 of the
Indian Penal Code and under Section 3(1)(s), 3(1)(zc) of the SC/ST (PoA)
Act. The case is presently pending in the court of the learned A.D.J.-VI-
cum-Spl. Judge SC/ST Act Cases, Hazaribagh.
4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that the
case is nothing but neighbourhood dispute between the parties and the matter
has already been settled outside the court. The appellant undertakes to

participate in the trial. He is in custody since 13.03.2026. On the above
basis, the prayer for bail has been made.
5. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel
for the victim has not opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the above facts, the appellant named above, is directed to
be released on bail, on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten
Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the
learned A.D.J.-VI-cum-Spl. Judge SC/ST Act Cases, Hazaribagh in
connection with SC/ST P.S. Case No.02 of 2023, subject to the condition
that the appellant will submit self-attested photocopy of his Aadhaar Card
and also submit his mobile number before the learned court below which he
will always keep active and will not change it during pendency of this case
without prior permission of the court.
7. In the result, the instant appeal stands allowed and disposed of.
