petitioners/Accused Nos.1, 2, 5, 7 and 8 were denied bail in connection with
Crime No.76 of 2026 of Rangampeta Police Station, registered for the
offences punishable under Sections 329(4), 115(2), 351(2), 140(1) read with
Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, and Section 3(2)(va) of the
Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities)
Amendment Act.
