About the Organisation
The Centre for Financial Markets and Regulatory Systems (CFMRS) is an academic centre at National Law Institute University (NLIU) Bhopal dedicated to advancing understanding and engagement in financial governance, financial markets, and regulatory systems. The Blog encourages critical examination of regulatory frameworks, market practices, and investor protection. Submissions should be clear, accessible, conceptually rigorous, and demonstrate strong legal reasoning.
