1. The petitioner seeks setting aside of the order dated 18.03.2026
(“impugned order”) passed by the Special Judge, PC Act, CBI-20, Rouse
Avenue District Court, New Delhi, in CBI v. Uday Singh & Ors. (CBI No.
47/2022), whereby respondent nos. 1 to 15 have been discharged for the
offences under Section 120-B, 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal
Code, 1860 (“IPC”) read with Section 13(2) read with Section 13(1)(d) of
the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (“P.C. Act”) (unamended) and
Section 66 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
