              The Court : The last order dated September 26, 2025 speaks for
    
    itself.
    
              Ms. Shrayashee Das, learned Advocate appearing for the plaintiff
    
    prays for an extension of time to file evidence on affidavit which has long
    
    expired.
    
              Mr. Anindya Halder, learned Advocate, led by Mr. Sukanta
    
    Chakraborty, learned Advocate appearing for the defendant nos.2A, 3 and
    
    4 has vehemently opposed the prayer.

             For the ends of justice, time to file evidence on affidavit stands
    
    peremptorily extended till June 18, 2026.
    
             To expedite the suit, the witness action of the parties shall be done
    
    through commission.
    
             Mr. Soumen Saha, learned Advocate, a member of the Bar (Bar
    
    Association, Room No.12, phone no. 9830994788) is appointed as the
    
    Commissioner.
    
             The remuneration of the Commissioner shall be paid for each
    
    session Rs.15,000/-. The remuneration shall be paid by the examining
    
    party.
    
             It is expected that each session shall be held at least for two
    
    hours.
    
             For the first session, for tendering evidence on affidavit, the
    
    plaintiff shall pay the remuneration and bear all costs and expenses and
    
    thereafter, the defendant will cross-examine and bear all costs and
    
    expenses.
    
             It is understood that whoever shall cross-examine the witness of
    
    the plaintiff, shall pay the remuneration for respective session/s.
    
             The secretarial costs and expenses shall be Rs.2000/- per session,
    
    shall also be paid similarly by the examining party.
    
             The costs of the Stenographer shall be fixed by the Commissioner
    
    and shall be paid by the examining party.
    
             The Commissioner shall file his report before this Court after the
    
    witness action, as directed herein shall conclude, on the next day.

    After the cross-examination of the plaintiff’s first witness will be

    concluded, the parties shall be at liberty to mention for further direction,

    upon notice to each other.

    Judge’s Brief of Documents filed in Court today by the plaintiff is

    taken on record by extending the time. The same set of copies shall be

    served upon the learned Advocate on Record for the defendants within

    three working days from date.
