About the Organisation
KIIT Deemed-to-be University is a leading multidisciplinary university accredited with an ‘A’ Grade by NAAC. It was ranked 6th among all universities in India in the Times Higher Education (THE) Asia University Rankings 2026.
KIIT School of Law, established in 2007, was ranked 14th in India in the NIRF 2025 rankings and offers integrated law programmes with multiple specializations.
The KIIT Centre for Constitutional Law Studies and Research (CCLSR) promotes research, dialogue, and awareness in constitutional law through academic initiatives, policy discussions, and student engagement.
About Kartavya 2026
Kartavya 2026: KIIT Samvidhan Mahotsav is the flagship national constitutional law festival of CCLSR, scheduled to be held from October 1–3, 2026, at KIIT, Bhubaneswar.
The theme for this edition is “Constitutional Vision for Amrit Kaal: Reflecting on 75 Years, Reforming for the Future.”
The festival will feature keynote lectures, panel discussions, workshops, and competitions such as:
- KIIT Amend Your Constitution Competition
- Short Film Making Competition
- Constitutional Quiz
- Research Paper Presentation Competition
- Other curated events
The festival is open to students from both legal and non-legal disciplines.
About the Campus Ambassador Programme
Campus Ambassadors will represent Kartavya 2026 in their respective institutions by promoting constitutional awareness, encouraging participation in the festival, and assisting with outreach activities.
Eligibility
Applications are open to undergraduate and postgraduate students from any recognised college or university in India, including students pursuing:
- Law
- Engineering
- Management
- Commerce
- Arts
- Science
- Medicine
- Design
- Journalism
- Social Sciences
- Other recognised academic programmes

Performance-Based Incentives
Campus Ambassadors who achieve the prescribed referral targets through verified registrations will be eligible for:
- 50% waiver on accommodation and food charges
- 100% waiver on accommodation and food charges upon achieving a higher referral threshold
Travel, registration, and personal expenses are not covered. Referral thresholds will be communicated after selection.

Application Fee
A non-refundable application processing fee of ₹149 is applicable. Applications will be processed only after successful payment. Payment of the fee does not guarantee selection.
