    Types of Submission

    • Special Articles: 8000–10000 words
    • Short Articles: 5000–8000 words
    • Insights/Perspectives: 3500–4500 words
    • Book Reviews/Case Notes: 2500–3000 words
    • Field Notes/Pictorial Commentaries: 1–2 pages

    Note: All submissions (except Book Reviews) must include an abstract (≤300 words) and 5 keywords. Word limits are inclusive of footnotes. Referencing must follow APA style. Student submissions (UG/PG) will not be considered.

    Submission Guidelines

    • Submissions must be original and not under consideration elsewhere.
    • Authors bear full responsibility for infringement; indemnity applies.
    • Copyright: Authors grant NLUD Journal on Labour a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce and distribute their work.

    • Communication of Acceptance: 30 January 2027
