Law, Human Rights and Social Justice: Emerging Perspectives is an edited volume that aims to provide a platform for scholarly discussions on the evolving relationship between law, human rights, and social justice. In a rapidly changing world, legal systems are constantly challenged by issues such as equality, access to justice, gender justice, criminal justice reforms, and the protection of vulnerable groups. This book seeks to explore these contemporary issues through diverse legal and interdisciplinary perspectives.
The volume welcomes original contributions from academicians, researchers, legal practitioners, policymakers, and students on emerging developments in national and international law. It encourages critical analysis of legal frameworks, judicial trends, public policies, and innovative approaches that promote justice, protect human rights, and strengthen the rule of law. - Full Chapter: 4,000–6,000 words

- Submissions must be original and unpublished.
- Authors are required to submit a plagiarism report along with the full chapter showing less than 10% similarity.
