    About CCADR

    The Chanakya Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution (CCADR) is a centre at Chanakya National Law University (CNLU), Patna, dedicated to promoting research, dialogue, and scholarship in the field of alternative dispute resolution.

    Eligibility

    Students, academicians, practitioners, researchers, and other interested contributors are encouraged to submit their original manuscripts.

    Submission Guidelines

    • Submissions must be original and unpublished.
    • Co-authorship of up to 2 authors is permitted.
    • Manuscripts should preferably be 1,200–1,500 words. Longer submissions may be considered depending on their quality and relevance.
    • The title should not exceed 10 words.
    • Authors must provide up to three keywords relevant to the article.
    • A brief author bio (not exceeding two lines) should be included below the title.
    • Analytical posts are preferred over descriptive ones.
    • Similarity should not exceed 15%, and AI-generated content should not exceed 20%.
    • Hyperlinks are preferred over footnotes or endnotes. Where necessary, endnotes should be used sparingly.
    • Submissions should be in .doc or .docx format.

    Formatting Guidelines

    • Font: Times New Roman
    • Font Size: 12
    • Line Spacing: 1.5
    • Alignment: Justified
    • Paragraph Spacing: 6 pt (before and after)

    Review Process

    Submissions are accepted on a rolling basis.

    • All manuscripts will undergo a peer review by the CCADR Blog Editors.
    • Authors may be required to incorporate editorial suggestions before publication.
    • The final decision regarding publication rests with the review board.

    Copyright

    • Copyright in accepted manuscripts shall vest with CCADR, while moral rights remain with the author(s).
    • Cross-posting is permitted only with the express permission of the CCADR Review Board.

    How to Submit?

    Submit your manuscript in .doc/.docx format through the official submission form. Submissions made through any other mode will not be considered.
