2. In these matters, the sentences awarded to certain Appellants have been
suspended by this Court. The details of the said appeals and corresponding
orders are as under:
(i) Crl.A.441/2020 titled Manju Devi vs. State: sentence suspended
vide order dated 7th April, 2025;
(ii) Crl.A.575/2020 titled Hema Masih vs. The State: sentence
suspended vide order dated 28th May, 2025;
(iii) Crl.A. 10/2021 titled Neha Kumari vs. State (CBI, SPE, SCB,
Patna Bihar): sentence suspended vide order dated 29th April, 2025.
(iv) Crl.A. 508/2020 titled Ashwani Kumar vs. Central Bureau of
Investigation: sentence suspended vide order dated 31st July, 2025;
(v) CRL.A. 29/2021 titled Ramashankar Singh vs. State (Through
CBI): sentence suspended vide order dated 12th March, 2026.
3. On the last date of hearing i.e., 12th March, 2026, the interim
suspension granted to the Appellants in the above appeals was extended till
today.
4. Today, Ms. Manju Devi, Ms. Hema Masih, Ms. Neha Kumari, Mr.
Ramashankar Singh & Mr. Ashwani Kumar have appeared before the Court
virtually.
5. Accordingly, the interim suspension granted to the concerned
Appellants- Ms. Manju Devi, Ms. Hema Masih, Ms. Neha Kumari, Mr.
Ramashankar Singh & Mr. Ashwani Kumar shall continue till the next date
of hearing on the same terms, as per the respective orders mentioned above.
6. In addition, Mr. Vijay Kumar Tiwari- Appellant in CRL. A. 524/2020
& Mr. Vikas Kumar- Appellant in CRL. A. 456/2020, were granted interim
bail for a period of 3 months and 2 months respectively, vide order dated 12th
