    About the Book

    The increasing integration of technology into dispute resolution processes has significantly reshaped the landscape of justice delivery. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) is no longer peripheral but is steadily becoming central to modern adjudicatory systems, raising important questions concerning accessibility, efficiency, fairness, and legitimacy.

    This edited volume, “Online Dispute Resolution and the Reconstruction of Modern Adjudication,” seeks to explore these evolving dimensions by bringing together scholarly and practice-oriented contributions that critically engage with the transformation of dispute resolution in the digital age.

    Submissions may include, but are not limited to:

    • Conceptual and theoretical foundations of ODR
    • ODR and access to justice
    • Artificial Intelligence in dispute resolution
    • Procedural fairness and due process in digital adjudication
    • Institutional adoption of ODR mechanisms
    • ODR in commercial and cross-border disputes
    • Data protection, privacy, and cybersecurity concerns
    • Regulatory and policy frameworks governing ODR
    • Role of private platforms in dispute resolution
    • Future of courts and adjudicatory institutions

    Submission Guidelines

    Authors are required to directly submit their final manuscript, which must include:

    • Title of the chapter
    • Author’s Designation & Affiliation
    • Abstract (200–300 words)
    • Keywords (5–7 keywords)
    • Full research paper

    Word Limit: 3,000–5,000 words (inclusive of abstract, keywords, footnotes, and references)

    • Line Spacing: 1.5
    • Margins: 1 inch on all sides
    • Citation Style: 19th Bluebook Edition

    Author Details and Affiliation

    Authors are required to clearly indicate their designation and institutional affiliation in the manuscript, immediately below the title of the chapter, in the following format, as applicable:

    • Law Students: Law Student, Course Name, Year of Study, Name of the Institution
    • Advocates: Advocate, Registered Place of Practice
    • Academicians: Designation, Name of the Institution
    • Corporate Professionals: Designation, Name of the Company/Law Firm

    Failure to adhere to the prescribed format may result in the manuscript being returned for revision.

    How to Submit?

    Interested candidates can submit entries via the link given at the end of the post.

    Publication Policy

    • There is no publication fee for selected chapters.
    • All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review process.
    • Manuscripts must be original and unpublished.
    • All submissions shall be subjected to plagiarism screening through Turnitin, and the combined similarity index (including AI-generated content, if any) must not exceed 15%.
    • The decision of the editorial board shall be final.
    • The selected chapters shall be published in an Edited Book by a National publisher and will carry a valid ISBN number.

    Authors of selected chapters will have the opportunity to purchase a copy of the book directly from the publisher at a reasonable cost.

    Important Dates
